If the software doesn’t work on your site as promised, we request that you give us some time to figure out the reason and – if the fault is on our side – to fix the issue. If we don’t manage to accomplish that, you can ask for a refund (during the first 30 days) through the contact form in the Tag Groups settings.
Please understand that refunds are not possible in the following cases:
- Missing features, unless they were advertised as being a part of the plan you purchased
- 3rd party conflicts (conflicts with other plugins and themes)
- You discovered a better alternative.
- You changed your mind.
- Your purchase was accidental.
- You missed your cancelation deadline.
